The Shoreland is located at the corner of 22nd and Bellevue Ave. This iconic, circular, turquoise high rise was designed by the architect after he returned from visiting Honolulu in the mid-1960s. The large, newly renovated bachelor, 1, 2 and 3 bedroom suites each have either sea or mountain views. Enjoy our beautiful outdoor swimming pool and pool deck.
